Privately held, self funded, self sustaining, fast growing, profitable and debt free. A fundamental practice of c-Systems' management is to fund expansion through profit reinvestment in the company, which has allowed us to avoid long-term debt, protect our excellent financial rating and ensure a stable business environment. In fact, we have traditionally held the highest Dun & Bradstreet rating available for a company its size.

With more than half our employee base comprised of support personnel, a commitment to providing superior customer service has been our philosophy since inception. Our Help Desk hours are geared to providing assistance when our customers need us most — during their store hours. 

Telephone support is available 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST Mondays through Fridays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Saturdays.
