Customer Connect

Dealers with Web sites can now offer customers a link to their business software with c-Systems Software’s enhanced “Customer Connect” feature. Customer Connect allows customers to securely log onto a dealer’s business system and review account information -- like outstanding balances, sales orders and repair histories -- or check the status of repair orders and backorders.

“With customers accessing information themselves, dealers spend less time answering phone calls.”

Customer Connect enhances efficiency for business operations, reduces operational costs and delivers more value to customers.

Case/New Holland Parts Catalog Interface

The c-Systems-to-Case/New Holland Catalog Interface is now available. The interface allows users to click on items within the Case/New Holland on-line catalog and see information contained on the c-Systems Business Server, such as on-hand quantity, bin location, reorder code and pricing.

Selected items can be added to a pick list, then imported into an active invoice or shop job on the same workstation

Enhanced Completed Jobs Panel

If you’ve ever needed quick access to information about completed Repair Orders, Infinity makes it possible. A revised and enhanced Completed Jobs panel now features hyperlinks to related records. Click on the hyperlinks to open the records:

• Customer Name opens the Customer contact information record
• Serial or VIN Number opens Unit Maintenance
• Notes button easily adds Notes or Call Results to Completed Repair Orders.

Although Infinity contains most of the detailed information you need to keep track of Units — including Year, Make, Model and VIN — now you can also connect directly to the Manufacturer’s Web site to access additional sales information.

By linking to the site, you can easily navigate into the Unit’s Technical data, Ordering and Financing Options to help you close the deal.

X-Charge, Credit/Debit Processing

We now offer X-Charge Credit/Debit card integration to our business management system.

The X-Charge credit and debit card software feature supports most common methods of payment and processes quickly and accurately.
