Customer Service

We are looking for professional individuals to join our Customer Service department and perform in-house technical support and on-site installation and training of our business management software. 

  • Positions are for full-time, permanent employees
  • Travel may be required, especially from September through March

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Work Experience in an Outdoor Power Equipment, Powersports or Agricultural dealership
  • Overall knowledge of business operations – inventory control, point of sale, bookkeeping, repair shop management, etc.
  • Good oral English communication skills
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude

Preferred Applicants Will Also Have One of the Following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping experience, with the ability to manually produce and interpret financial statements
  • Training experience
