Setting System Time And Date

Question:
How do I change the system time and date?

Answer:
Follow the instructions to do a system shutdown.  After about 30 seconds, turn the main server power on.  Once the system starts up and you see the "Boot:" prompt, Do Not Touch Anything!  After a short delay you will see a prompt, "Enter new time ({yymmdd}hhmm):".  At this point, you would enter the new time and or date.  If the date you wanted to enter is 2:30pm on Sept 27,2000, it would be entered in the following format: 0009271430.

Note: The system uses a 24 hour clock.  If the time is not entered correctly, the message "Bad Conversion, Try Again" will appear.  Reenter the date and time and press Enter.  Once the system has accepted the time and date, the system will continue startup.
